Promotion to attract foreign investment in the field of supporting industries of Binh Phuoc province will be supported with some expenses

Binh Phuoc Provincial People’s Committee has just promulgated the Regulation on Funding Management for Supporting Industry Development and stipulating specific expenditure levels for supporting industry development activities in Binh Phuoc province.

The objects of application of the Regulation are: the agency managing the program of supporting industry development in the province; the units in charge of performing tasks and projects under the program of supporting industry development in the province; beneficiaries and organizations and individuals participating in the implementation of activities under the Supporting Industry Development Program in the province.

According to the Regulation, to connect and support supporting industry enterprises to become product suppliers for domestic and foreign customers; promoting foreign investment attraction in the field of supporting industries, Binh Phuoc supports 100% of some expenses.

Specifically, organizations to evaluate and confirm the capacity of supporting industry enterprises: Spending on research and development of evaluation criteria and criteria. The workshop will announce the results of the assessment.

Expenses for assessing business capacity: The maximum support level is not more than 5.6 million VND/enterprise.

At the same time, spending on consulting and technical support for supporting industry enterprises.

Consulting and supporting businesses to invest in the field of supporting industries.

Evaluation and recognition of enterprises with qualifications and scale that meet international requirements: Spending on research and development of evaluation criteria and criteria. The workshop will announce the results of the assessment.

Expenses for assessing business capacity: The maximum support level is not more than 5.6 million VND/enterprise (hiring domestic experts).

In case of hiring foreign experts, based on the level of funding for hiring foreign experts approved by the Provincial People’s Committee of the program, scheme and tasks of the program to determine the level of support for an enterprise.

The province also supports enterprises to apply a management system to meet the requirements of global production chains in corporate governance, production management with 100% support applied to the following contents:

Assess the ability and need to apply standards and management systems in production in enterprises: Spending on research and development of evaluation criteria and criteria; assessment of enterprise capacity: The maximum support level is not more than 5.6 million VND/enterprise; conference to announce the results of the assessment.

Developing programs, organizing training for enterprises: Expenditure on program development; printing documents, textbooks directly serving the classroom; stationery; water; rent facilities, halls and equipment for classes; classroom practice materials (if any); expenditures on fostering for lecturers and guides to practice technical operations, expenses for travel, accommodation and interpretation (if any); expenses for students: Support for meals, travel, accommodation (if any); Opening ceremony, closing ceremony, certificate printing, medical money for the class, commendation.

Evaluation and recognition of the system of corporate governance and production management: The maximum support level is not more than 160 million VND/enterprise for enterprises with an average annual number of employees participating in social insurance not exceeding 200 people and meet one of two criteria (total capital is not more than 100 billion VND or total revenue of the preceding year is not more than 300 billion VND)…

In addition, support for research and development, application of technology transfer and innovation in trial production of components, spare parts, raw materials and materials: The support level of 100% applies to the cost of introduction, universal transform some production technology processes and technical requirements on supporting industry products for supporting industry enterprises in the province.
