Impressions Of The Conference “3D Metal Printing: From Potential To Application Reality For Professional Manufacturing In Vietnam”

20/07/2022

On July 9th, 2022, the Conference “3D metal printing: From potential to application reality for professional manufacturing in Vietnam” concluded the series of events at MTA Vietnam 2022 successfully, providing an exciting practical experience and leaving a lasting impression on attendees from a wide range of domestic and international businesses.

Informa Markets Vietnam and Meslab collaborated to organize a seminar with unique material on 3D printing technology in order to keep up with the rapid and stylish growth of technology. Individuals and businesses were able to trade and debate metal 3D printing technology as it applied to the mold casting sector. The workshop was divided into two sessions that concluded the full series of side events during this year’s MTA Vietnam international show.

At the first session, the knowledge and experience related to the potential and application of metal 3D printing technology: prototyping and molding, were attractively presented by the following speakers: Dr. Tran Anh Tuan – Founder of Meslab, Master Hoang Duc Bang – CEO of AIE, Dr. Dau Van Huan – Director of Vinnotek and Dr. Nguyen Dinh Son – Postdoctoral Researcher at Postech.

In the following session, in addition to the familiar presence of Dr. Nguyen Dinh Son and Th.S. Hoang Duc Bang, the seminar also had a special appearance from the expert Le Quang Hao – Application Engineer at 3D Smart Solutions. With extensive industry experience, they shared practical perspectives for businessmen and engineers on 3D printing and 3D printing on metal technology and introduced how to apply this technology to mold manufacturing for car components. At the same time, attendees also got to experience some case study, with experts passionately discussing design for additive manufacturing and mold production.

MTA Vietnam 2022 would like to extend our heartfelt gratitude to Meslab, the co-organizer of this excellent conference on 3D printing technology. The success of the event series in particular, and the international exposition in general, is due to the attention, trust, and companionship of all Informa Markets’ guests, exhibitors, presenters, and strategic partners. Let us look forward to additional interesting and beneficial events at next year’s expo, which will be held from July 4th-7th, 2023 at the SECC in District 7, Ho Chi Minh City. See you at MTA Vietnam 2023!
