Inside the latest seminar “Road to Reduce 8+1 Waste in Production Operations”
15/06/2022Taking place at VSIP I Binh Duong, on June 10th, 2022, the seminar “Road to Reduce 8+1 Waste in Production Operations” was successfully held with the participation of 153 visitors.
After the successful seminar on the same topic at Makino Vietnam office, this time’s seminar continued with the participation of two familiar speakers Mr. Nguyen The Trung – CEO of John&Partners Vietnam and Ms. Tran Thi Hong Linh – CEC Site Opex Leader. With the essential and in-depth content from the speakers, all of the guests were listened and excited about the interesting content indeed.
So far, the types of waste that exist in any business process have always been a dilemma, at the seminar, experts pointed out not only 8 types of waste, but also emphasized about the 9th type of waste that businesses are facing. Moreover, attendees are also provided with solutions to cope with and limit waste.
